Abstract

The real design of human development is to place man as the ultimate goal of development, and not as a tool for development. This is different from the concept of development, which focuses primarily on economic growth, human development introduces a broader and more comprehensive concept that includes all options that are owned by humans in all groups of society at all stages of development. Human development is also the embodiment of the long-term goals of a society, and places development around people, not people around development. Humans are the true wealth of the nation and the main objective of development is to create an enabling environment for people to enjoy a long, healthy life and lead a productive life. This seems to be a simple fact, but is often forgotten by short-term, material-oriented pursuits.
